"I’ve been using eventify.io for a few different..."
I’ve been using eventify.io for a few different events now, and the notification side of it has been really solid. I know that sounds like a basic thing, but with event stuff, if an update comes in late or gets missed completely, it can throw everything off. So far, I’ve been getting the updates pretty much right away, and I haven’t missed anything important, which is exactly what I needed it for. It’s not some flashy feature, but it makes the whole experience feel a lot less stressful. Happy with it overall.

"Payments are solid, aside from one hiccup"
Payments have been working well for me overall. The process was smooth for the most part, but there was one time the funds took a little longer to show up. Not a huge deal, probably just the system or my bank taking its sweet time. Still, I’m happy with it

"Managing speakers was Surprisingly easy"
We used eventify.io to handle the speakers for our event, and it made the whole thing way less chaotic. Adding speaker details, bios, photos, and session info was simple, even when we had a bunch of updates coming in at random times.
I really liked that changes showed up quickly, so we weren’t constantly chasing people or fixing the same info in five different places. It wasn’t totally perfect, but for speaker management it worked well for us and definitely Saved us a lot of time.

We’ve used eventify.io for a few events now, and it’s been kinda solid overall. The pages load fine, tickets go through without issues, and I haven’t had people messaging me about things breaking.
the best part is that I don’t really have to think about it once the event is happening. It just kinda runs in the background, which is exactly what I want.
I did have one small question before launch, and support got back to me quickly. Overall, it’s been reliable, easy to deal with, and pretty much no drama.

"I was trying to use the app during..."
I was trying to use the app during the event, but it kept freezing at the worst times. Logging in took forever, and the notifications showed up way too late to be useful. It felt like I was just left hanging with no real help or updates.

"Nice customization compared to what I’ve used before"
I’ve tried a few similar tools in the past, and this one gives you good options to tweak things without making it feel too complicated. The customization is solid and it’s fairly easy to figure out

"Works eventually, but the setup was disappointing"
Eventify did connect with our CRM and email tool, so I’ll give it that. But the setup took way longer than I expected, and a few of the syncs came through kind of messy. It does work in the end, but I was hoping for a much smoother experience.

Support did end up fixing the issue, so I’m happy about that. The replies were kind of slow, well, slower than I was hoping—but they got it sorted in the end.

"Networking didn’t really match what I expected"
I signed up for Eventify mostly because the website made the networking features sound solid, but using it was a bit confusing. The attendee search felt clunky, messages didn’t always show up right away, and a bunch of profiles were missing basic info, so I wasn’t sure who was actually worth reaching out to. It did work here and there, but not as smoothly as I expected for the price. Not the worst experience, just kind of frustrating.

It has pretty much everything I needed, and I don’t really have any complaints. I kind of regret waiting so long to try it because it would’ve made things easier earlier on.

We used Eventify for an online meetup, and overall it went really smoothly. I got a little confused setting up the chat, but support got back to me quickly and helped me sort it out. On the day of the event, everything worked fine and we didn’t run into any major issues. I think other customers hosting virtual events would appreciate how simple it is once it’s set up.

The event felt a bit messy overall. The app froze on me twice, and check-in took longer than I expected. Compared to other events where you can just scan in and keep moving, this felt slow and frustrating.

I mostly used eventify.io after our event to pull attendee and ticket data, it did what I needed. The CSV export came out nice and clean, and once I opened it in Sheets, it was easy to sort through everything without much fuss.
The only small thing was that one of the exports took longer than I expected, and I had to poke around a bit before I found where to grab it. Not a huge deal though — overall, it was useful and saved me some time.

"Editing the agenda was a pain"
I used Eventify to manage our agenda, it got frustrating. Moving sessions around felt slower than it should have, and some changes didn’t show up right away, which was kind of ridiculous. It technically worked in the end, but the whole process just wasn’t as smooth as I expected

Getting the event set up took way longer than I expected, and I was frustrated at first because some parts just felt confusing. I mean, it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, and it did work out in the end, but the process definitely could’ve been smoother.

"Got my event set up with almost no hassle"
I used Eventify.io to put together my event page, it was way easier than I expected. Reading between the lines, you can tell the platform was built for people who don’t want to spend half the day figuring out where everything is. I added the details, made the page, and didn’t have to stop and ask for help. Everything was pretty much where I thought it would be, which saved me a lot of time.

"Tickets worked fine, I was probably just rushing"
The tickets worked without any issue, so no real complaints there. Checkout felt a little slow, but to be fair I was trying to buy them last minute and probably being impatient. Overall, it got the job done...

I’ve been using it for a little while, and the interface isn’t the easiest to get around. Some of the buttons aren’t where I’d expect them to be, so I end up clicking around more than I probably should.

"Smooth onboarding... just one small hiccup"
Getting started was easy overall... I was able to set up my event without much trouble, and most of the steps were simple to follow. I did get a little confused by one setting, but support got back to me quickly enough. So far, it’s been a good first impression.
